Per the last update, you can interfuse/withdraw twice per turn and still have one action point. Interfusing twice or interfusing/withdraw in one turn will end your turn no matter how many action points you possess.

You usually dont have to super-rush the spirit as most maps arent that large enough for it to get away in 4 turns.

So if you have a tier 0 weapon you can replace it with a free tier 1 from this.

When you find an elemental spirit and choose to enchant one of your weapons(which i think is a way better choice compared to 1 legacy point), the enchanted weapon you recieve is always at least tier 1.
